The easiest way to pay is use the online submission forms. Credit card details are accepted over a secure SSL connection and NOT stored online, but are processed in real-time while you wait. Cheque payments can also be arranged through the online form.
If you can't / don't want to pay online, then you can print out this form either fax or mail it to us.
